HANDWRITING & SPELLING

This is in your child's Handwriting and Spelling Book.

Tuesday activity is the Look, Cover, Write and Check Page.

Please try to make this more interesting and exciting by reading/ shouting out the words together.  You could even try quiet or silly voices.

Please try to check they are covering the word because they are trying to remember the spelling.

It doesn't matter if they spell the word incorrectly, but if they do then they need to look at the word and copy it correctly into the space provided.

Please praise your child during this actvity for effort and neat handwriting with correct letter formation.

P.E.

Play a game in the garden, go for a walk outside or try one of the home activity challenges.
